Our Process
We begin with a free no-obligation assessment in your loved one’s place of residence.
After the assessment, we develop a customizable care plan based on your loved one’s specific needs.
We will match a specific caregiver to your loved one, who will be a good fit. Being with the right caregiver can dramatically lift a person’s spirit and increase their quality of life.
On the first visit, there will be a meet and greet with a caregiver and our client care coordinator. We will ensure that the client and the caregiver are both comfortable with one another.
When both parties are comfortable, our client care coordinator will leave and regular care will begin.
The client care coordinator will continue to monitor the care on an on-going basis.
